A newborn infant was found deceased inside an Applebee’s restroom trashcan Thursday on Irving. 
According to Irving police authorities responded to an unconscious person at the 1900 block Beltline Rd and when they arrived they found a newborn deceased in the restroom trashcan.
An employee told police they found the infant in the trashcan while cleaning the restroom.
Police believe the mother birthed the child there then placed it in the trash and fled the location.
