Steve Stephens a resident in Ohio has went on a killing spree killing innocent people claiming his long time girlfriend Joy Lane and mother Maggie Green are the reason he has snapped. 
Apparently Stephens says Lane has been nothing but problems and led him to gambling which caused him to lose everything. He claims that he tried to talk to his mother and let her know that he was having murderous and suicidal thoughts about killing people and says she blew him off like whatever and now he has claimed the life of 13 innocent people and says he will not stop killing until Joy Lane and his mother Maggie Green call him.
