A Plano man has been arrested and charged with the murder of his murder.
On May 16, around 12 p.m., Plano officers responded to a call on the 300 block of Dogwood Place regarding a deceased woman inside an apartment.
Upon arriving they found the female victim, 54 year old Rene Timmons, she was pronounced deceased at the scene.
After a thorough investigation officers arrested the victims son 33 year old Robert Lee Timmons. He was charged with murder and booked into the Collin County jail. His bond is set at $500,000.
