A man has been sentenced to life in prison after murdering a man for looking at his girlfriend in a Plano shopping center back in 2021.
According to reports, 25 year old Jordan Jacobs was walking in Plano on July 7, 2021 with his girl when they had an encounter with Steven Gambles.
Apparently while Gambles was at the same location waiting on a friend, Jacobs noticed him starring at his girlfriend. He told his girlfriend and then said he was going to rob him.
Jacobs then left the area went home changed into some different attire and waited on Gambles to come to his car.
Surveillance footage in the area captured Jacobs enter Gambles car and take a weapon. It then captured him waiting on Gambles to return to his vehicle and shooting him in his head when he didn’t cooperate during an attempted robbery.
On Wednesday a Collin County judge sentenced Jacob to life in prison for the murder.
