Police Officer Charged With Helping Sex Trafficking Operation In Order To Get Sex In Return

Wayne Peiffer, a police officer in New York, was arrested for suspicion of giving protection to a sex-trafficking ring in Queens.

Peiffer was one of six suspects charged in the operation. It trafficked young women and young girls from Mexico to the US.

The scheme had been going on since 2002. Victims were promised a better environment when they crossed the border. However, they were actually made to prostitute in Queens and a suburb, Brewster.

Peiffer has been helping the group for the past 8 years by informing them of authorities’ next moves. Then, they would offer him women for sexual pleasure, taking place at the police department,  sometimes.

Luz Cardona, 33, Roberto Cesar Cid Dominguez, 54, Blanca Morales, 51, Jose Facundo Morales, 32, and Christian Godinez, 42 were also arrested.

They face charges of conspiracy to transport minors, the transportation of minors, sex trafficking, and the promotion of prostitution.
