A woman was shot and killed outside a Parkville apartment complex.
Baltimore County police say the shooting happened Sunday around 3pm on Whitelaw Place.
A resident reported seeing a man “walking casually with a gun” after hearing what she thought were firecrackers.
The Baltimore County Police Department believes the shooting was targeted.
