The man arrested in connection to the deadly Greenville shooting was released from jail Tuesday evening.
Brandon Gonzales,23 was arrested and charged with two counts of capital murder on October 28 and held on a 1 million bond after a deadly shooting on October 26.
After investigating and speaking with several witnesses sheriffs requested Gonzales be released with no action taken against him because of lack of evidence and cooperation with witnesses.
Hunt County is asking anyone with information regarding the shooting to contact police.
