72.6kviews

A Michigan judge denied bond to the 5 boys charged with throwing a 6lb rock off of an overpass and killing a man.
Kenneth White,32, was killed Wednesday after 5 teens Anger Kyle, Alexzander Miller, Trevor Gray, Mark Sekelsky and Mikadyn Payne threw a huge rock off the side of an overpass and it smashed the windshield of a car he was a passenger in.
The teens are all between the ages of 15 and 17 and will all be charged as adults with one count of second degree murder, conspiracy to commit a murder, six felony counts of malicious destruction of property and two lesser charges.
Authorities are saying although Anger threw the rock all boys will be charged the same. All teens are looking at life in prison but the attorneys feel like once more evidence is brought forward the some of the charges could be lessened.
The next preliminary hearing is set for November 2 and all the boys have been denied bond. We will keep you updated with this story as it evolves.

  1. Wow, that’s terrible… I really wonder if they waiting for a car to pass or just wanted to chuck a rock. Either way, it seems like their dumb adolescent curiosity is costing them the rest of their lives.

  2. yes i think they should be jailed for life as they took a inacent life away also they have broken the young childrens hearts for life, this is why they should be treated the way the children are suffering ,and disregards for other folks lifes ,dispickable !!

  3. They should rot in jail! They didnt just throw one rock they threw 20 apparently. They were fully aware of the consequences. They are not little kids!

    1. That’s not how we do things in this country, sorry. No amount of prison or punishment will bring back the dead or pay that family for their losses. We do not use our justice system as a weapon against those who have wronged others. There is a proper and just penalty for this crime. It is my hope that these boys will come to understand the gravity of their crime and turn away from any further criminal behavior. I hope they become, at some point, rehabilitated and will be able to return to society as responsible and caring adults.

      1. Because they are white privileged? Black youths and Hispanic youths don’t get the same sympathy as you are giving out. Let’s treat all teens the same.

        1. Yes. Let’s. By lightening up on minorities. Not by cracking down on majorities. Our prison systems are overflowing already. And sorry to say but jails today have an enormous amount of white so called privaleged in them.

      2. They deserve NO sympathy. Their actions warrant NO compassion…and our system DOES punish offenders. The vast majority of Americans support the Death Penalty and NOT just for murder…for human trafficking, pedophilia, etc.

  4. I think they should all have psych evaluations to see what frame of mind they are in and if they feel there is some remorse and possible rehabilitation they should be made to go to school and any spare time they have they should have to go and work for people and families such as they ones whose lives they destroyed become buddies to the young kids so they can realise what they did and how these children are hurting. If it is discovered that these boys come from not so good background then they need to realise that there are other people doing it tough and they should have councelling. They are only young there is hope.

      1. I would. I believe they should be made to get a job and help support the mans children. Teach them some responsibility in life. Rotting in a jail cell is costing society more
Money. Teach them what they did was wrong. Make some use of their lives.

    1. Screw that. The KILLED a man, intentionally. The youngest 4 have already received a Manslaughter reduction in penalty.

  5. But it’s 2017 ya dumb fuck and were in the civilised world not some fukin backward middle East state who still live by rules set by a fukin warmongering dictator 1400 years ago. Have a word with yaself

  6. I would have to say 25 to life. No chance of parole the first 25. Make the families of these idiots financially responsible for the victims children to age 25 to include college and full medical costs. If parents are held accountable for their children action maybe, just maybe we would have a better future

  7. My hope is that mercy would be shown to these young men. When we are young and immature we do many hurtful and horrible things, in some cases.

My prayer is that these young men come to the realization of the enormity of their actions, which will affect many lives. I can’t imagine what each of their families are feeling? Therefore, who amongst us can say we haven’t messed up and would dare to change that auspicious moment in time, if possible? God have MERCY on their souls… A time to pray!!!

    1. Denise C Walker…the bible not only teaches mercy..it teaches CONSEQUENCES and JUDGEMENT upon which our judicial systems are patterned. MOST PEOPLE who make mistakes in their youth and need mercy…are not those who commit CALCULATED COLD MURDEROUS mistakes. Don’t take things out of context. It is attitudes like yours as to why juries and courts give HEINOUS CRIMINAL OFFENDERS a SLAP ON THE WRIST.
Denise C Walker have you ever lost a loved one to murder. NOT manslaughter…. but cold calculated murder by a gang of evil wicked people. No…I didn’t think so. Your comment is an abominable offence to the victim and the loved ones left behind. So shut the F… Up.
It wasn’t just 1 rock. It wasn’t just 1 person. And the rock that caused his murder WAS 6 POUNDS. As I said..COLD, CALCULATING, TARGETTED by A GANG OF MURDERERS.
What does the bible teach about throwing rocks. STONING. Why don’t you do the victims family a favour…go apologise for your comment and contribute financially to their ongoing life expenses. I bet YOUR KIND OF MERCY could not do that.

  8. These teens should now bear the life long expenses of the dependents of the person killed in that accident. The same kind of finances or may be double of what the demised used to give to his family.

  9. i dont think they need to get life in prison they technically still kids si i think they shout get help… a psych evaluation. if something is wrong upstairs that will only make them worse… they need help

  10. This case is over a year old and 4 boys took a plea agreement for manslaughter to testify against the 17yr old who threw the rock… why is it reporting last week?

  11. They should be made to contribute to that family for the rest of their lives. Garnish their wages like child support and give it to the family for as long as they live.

  12. Whoever threw the rock should do ten years. Unless there’s evidence the others egged him on, I don’t see a basis for charging them – except as leverage to get them to testify against the thrower.

  13. the event supports manslaughter not murder…
Notwithstanding that it was a tragic and stupid mindless act..
I’m sure murder was not thier intent , nevertheless it is an necessary element required to prove to convict on murder.. more then likely , charges will be dropped to manslaughter….my opinion is they do need to be punished for this senseless crime that took a life…. in Most states sentencing guidelines after conviction are appropriately between 5 -10 years prison followed by 5 yrs probation.

  14. GREASE EM AND GAS EM, THESE ARE BAD BAD PEOPLE, A DANGER TO SOCIETY AND IF RELEASED AFTER ANY SHORT ADMONISHMENT WILL DO IT AGAIN. AND, FOR ALL OF YOU WHO WISH TO GIVE THEM A LITTLE PAT ON THE POOTY AND OK HONEY THIS IS NOT RIGHT, AND PLEASE BE A NICE LITTLE BOY YOUR NUTS.!!
WHAT YOU BETTER BE PRAYING FOR IS THEIR SURVIVAL IN PRISON, BECAUSE THESE LITTLE LOW LIFE PIECES OF CRAP WIL GET WHACKED IN PRISON. I HOPE!!!

  15. I think all of them should get life… They took an instant man’s life the father from his children and a husband from his wife so yes I believe all those boys should be sentenced to death or life in prison

  16. They did something stupid which killed a man. They should go away until they are 21. The one who actually threw the rock should get life. The others should be on probation for life and they must pay restition in a certain amount.. If they get in trouble with the law, back to prison they go.

  17. I Dont believe color has anything to do with this unfortunate and sad situation.
Maybe people like you, the ones that always jump to ‘color, race, and so on’ should stop worrying about those Insignificant details that DO NOT MATTER and worry about the true situation at hand. Thanks, please try to remember that it’s not always about color and more so about character.
