A man and juvenile were arrested by Plano police on Christmas Day following a shooting and foot chase.
Around 4:00 a.m. officers responded to a shooting call on Kingston Drive. Upon arrival they found two people suffering from gunshot wounds.
They were treated for non life threatening injuries and the suspects fled the scene before officers could arrive.
About 2:40 p.m., Plano police arrested 20 year old Jose Mendez and a juvenile in Dallas county during a foot chase.
They were both charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon each.
At this time it is unclear what led up to the shooting.
The investigation remains ongoing.
