A man was pronounced deceased at the UPS Distribution Center on 10155 Monroe Drive at around 11 a.m. Thursday morning.
Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to reports of a man that fell into a trash compactor at the site. DFR Engine 35 requested the Urban Search and Rescue team to assist with possible extraction. However, when first responders arrived at the scene, they discovered the man deceased.
The situation was handed over to the Dallas Police Department for further investigation.
