Wylie Man Sentenced To 65 Years In Prison After Impregnating 11 Year Old Girl

A Wylie man accused of continuous sexual abuse to a child was sentenced to 65 years in prison.

District Attorney Greg Willis, of Collin County, announced that 28 year old Jose Manuel Rodriguez-Aguirre, of Wylie was found guilty of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

It was stated that 28 year old Jose Manuel Rodriguez-Aguirre sexually abused the child for over a year.

During a physical the doctor discovered the girl was pregnant. Later the child told a family member about the abuse and they contacted police.

A DNA test was conducted by the University of North Texas Center for Human Identification in Fort Worth. When results came back it confirmed Rodriguez-Aguirre was the father.

A Collin County jury sentenced Rodriguez-Aguirre to 65 years in prison without the possibility of parole.
