She may be in the Dallas/ Oak Cliff area and in need of assistance.
Smith is described as a 63-year-old Black woman with long brown hair and brown eyes.
She is 5”4”, weighs about 160 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black and gray flannel shirt and black pants.
If anyone knows the whereabouts of Elaine Smith, they are urged to contact 911 or 972-557-6000.
