16 Year Old Charged With Manslaughter After Shooting 2 Teens In Dallas

On December 29 Dallas police responded to a shooting call, just before 5 a.m., on the 3100 block of Harry Hines Blvd.

Upon arriving they found two 14 year old males suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency crews arrived and transported them both to an area hospital.

On December 31 one of the teen victims died from his injuries.

Authorities initially arrested a 16 year old male and charged him with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

He is now being charged with one count of manslaughter and one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Detectives are still investigating to determine what led up to the fatal shooting.

The investigation is ongoing.
