Police have arrested a 16 year old for the death of Dart employee Larry Hearn. 
Hearns was found shot outside his Lancaster home Tuesday morning and later died at the hospital due to his injuries.
Lancaster police were tipped by an anonymous caller that lead to the arrest of a 16 year old male suspect. Police suspected robbery but family says his car and personal belongings were not missing.
Authorities have not released the suspects name at this time but says he is in custody and being charged with homicide.
