Police in Hanahan, South Carolina are investigating an incident involving a woman trying to bite off a mans genitals during a threesome. 
Officers say they responded to a call Monday night when a man called and said a woman was trying to bite off his genitals while they were involved in a threesome. When police arrived at the South Pointe apartments they say a bleeding naked woman on all four came charging towards them.
Authorities had to shoot the woman with a taser to subdue her and use Narcan to revive her. They believed the woman to be on heroine and meth at the time.
Officer Turner said “Honestly, it’s one of the most disturbing videos, body cam videos, I have seen in my career. It honestly reminded me of something off of a horror movie”.
The woman was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and no charges have been filed at this time.
