A 19 year old male has been arrested and charged with capital murder.
On February 18, Dallas police responded to a shooting call on the 4500 block of Rockport Dr, around 3:35 p.m.
Upon arriving they found the victim, 18 year old Noah Willis, unresponsive at the scene. Emergency crews arrived and pronounced him dead at the scene.
While investigating officers learned that Willis was robbed and then shot.
On February 20, Dallas police arrested 19 year old Laquinton Bass. He was taken into Dallas County jail and charged with Capital Murder. His bond is set at $1,250,000.00.
