22 Year Old Suspect Arrested In The Deadly Shooting Of A Dallas Family Dollar Employee

An arrest has been made in connection to the fatal shooting of a 46 year old Family Dollar employee in Dallas.

On Saturday December 3, US Marshal’s Task Force arrested 22 year old Diavian Roberts for the murder of 46 year old Tenery Walker.

According to reports, officers responded to a shooting call at the Family Dollar on Ledbetter. Upon arrival they found Walker in the back of the store suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.

Apparently Walker had asked Roberts to leave the store and he became upset and shot him. He then fled the scene before officers could arrive.

Roberts was arrested Saturday night and charged with murder. He is being held in the Dallas County Jail.
