3 American Friends Found Dead Inside Airbnb While Vacationing In Mexico

Families are demanding answers after three U.S. friends were found dead inside an Airbnb in Mexico.

Kandace Florence and Jordan Marshall, both 28, and Courtez Hall, 33, traveled to Mexico in late October to celebrate Dia De Los Muertos, or Day of the Dead.

According to reports, Florence was on the phone with her boyfriend when she began to feel sick. She told her boyfriend something didn’t feel right and her phone then disconnected.

It was said that the boyfriend could not get back in touch with his girlfriend, he got worried and reached out to the landlord of the Airbnb property and asked them to perform a welfare check.

When authorities arrived to the Airbnb they found Florence, Marshall and Hall deceased inside. At this time authorities have not released the actual cause of death.

The families of the deceased said they have spoken with the US Embassy in Mexico and have also traveled to Mexico City in person and are getting no answer.

The bodies have been flown back to Virginia and Marshall’s body is suppose to be sent home on November 10. His family says they are still waiting on his personal belongings as well.

The US Embassy in Mexico confirmed the deaths of the three US citizens and said its officials were “closely monitoring local authorities’ investigation into the cause of death.”
