Forney PD arrested 3 males in connection with the robberies of stolen baby formulas over the past few weeks from Walmart. 
According to Forney Pd the first incident happened back on January 18 when two males went inside the Walmart and stole over $1600 worth of baby formula.
The second incident happened on January 26 when the alleged same suspects brought a third male with them and stole almost $1800 worth of formula.
Authorities checked surveillance footage and got with patrol officers in the area and were able to locate the suspects and retrieve the stolen formula.
Javoya Brewer,21 was arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity, theft of property greater than $2500 with two or more convictions, theft or property greater than $750 but less than $2500 and failure to identify as a fugitive.
Alexavier Sherman,21 was also arrested and charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of property greater than $750 less than $2500 and Joshua Brewer,25 was charged with engaging in organized criminal activity and theft of property greater than $750 but less than $2500.
