Ft. Worth police were called out to 2424 Merrick Street to an armed robbery early Thursday morning.
Apparently 2 heavily armed suspects robbed the Veritex Bank and shot three female employee victims. Emergency crews rushed the victims to a nearby hospital with serious but non life threatening injuries.
Suspects fled the scene and supposedly went to the 5700 block of Blackmore Avenue where police surrounded the neighborhood. Authorities did a sweep of the home and found no one inside. Three male suspects were later spotted in the area and taken into custody for questioning. Police are not sure at the time if these men are the suspects.
