A 3 year old was fatally shot and a 21 year old injured at a child’s birthday party Saturday night.
Officers responded to a shooting call on Northeast 158th Street around 8pm.
Upon arrival officers found the victim, Elijah LaFrance,3 suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
A 21 year old female attending the party was also shot and transported to a different hospital in stable condition.
