Texas Teen Arrested After Posting Guns, Money and Drugs On Social Media

Two people were arrested after a teen posted pictures of himself on social media with money, drugs and weapons.

On March 29, Bexar County PD received a tip that David Anakin Guerra, 17 was posting drugs, money and guns on his social media page.

BCSO Covert, Intel, and Street Crimes Units began investigating and were able to locate Guerra while he was driving.

Officers conducted a traffic stop and found hash oil, a loaded handgun, and cash inside the vehicle.

Guerra, along with another passenger, Ezra Guerra, 21 were both detained. A search warrant was issued for their home on the 8900 block of Raywood Street.

During the search of their home officers found more hash oil, two handguns, a high-powered pistol, cocaine, marijuana and $15,000 in cash.

Both were booked into the Bexar County jail.

David Guerra was charged with possession of a controlled substance, reckless conduct-traffic and unlawfully carrying a weapon.

Ezra Sebastian Guerra was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana.
