7 Year Old Shot In Chest While Trick Or Treating

A 7 year old girl was shot in the chest while trick or treating in Chicago Thursday night.
According to reports the girl was out with her father and other trick or treaters on the 3700 block of West 26th street when someone pulled out a gun and opened fire striking her in the chest and a 31 year old man in the leg.
Police and emergency crews arrived on the scene and transported the girl to Stroger hospital in critical condition and the man was transported to a hospital in stable condition.
No suspects have been arrested at this time.
