On Monday, a man called authorities to report that he believed that a bull had killed his 60-year-old son.
It was later confirmed that the bull had killed the man, in Ferris, Texas. The bull was euthanized.
When officials had gotten to the location, they observed the bull ruining property. The animal also wouldn’t allow first responders to get to the victim in order to assist him. Because of that, the bull was fatally shot.
The unnamed victim was declared deceased on the scene.
It isn’t known who owns the bull or where it derived from, but an investigation is continuing.
