Dallas police are investigating after a man was murdered Monday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call on the 2800 block of West Davis Street around 1:30pm.
Upon arrival they found the victim, Andre Tyron Rufus,44 laying on the ground suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was transported to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Authorities have no suspects at the time and are investigating to determine the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
This investigation remains ongoing.
