Dallas police are searching for a man they say shot and killed 23 year old Curtis Dowell over the weekend.
On May 18, around 5:40 a.m., officers responded to a shooting call on the 3400 block of York Street. Upon arriving they found Dowell suffering from a gunshot wound.
Dowell was transported to an area hospital where he died from his injuries.
After further investigation authorities determined that 31 year old Jamee Parsons was responsible for the fatal shooting. An arrest warrant for murder has been issued.
No arrest have been made at this time and the investigation remains ongoing.
