A Dallas security guard was shot multiple times at a strip center late Thursday night.
According to reports the shooting took place near Ferguson and 635 in front of a convenience store in a strip center.
The guard was allegedly shot by a young male that he saw in the parking lot looking suspicious. He told authorities that he confronted the man and when he did the suspect pulled out a gun and shot him.
The suspect fled the scene before officers arrived and is said to be in his late teens early 20’s.
The security guard was transported to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
The security guards name has not been released at this time.
