Saginaw police are investigating after a man was found fatally shot inside a vehicle in a parking lot.
On August 29 officers responded to a call regarding shots being fired at The Blue Mound Cafe on the 5400 block of Blue Mound Road, shortly after 12 p.m.
Upon arrival they located a 28 year old male inside a white 2000 Pontiac sedan with a self inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Authorities spoke with witnesses that told them they saw the male walk out of the cafe alone and enter his vehicle. They said moments later they heard a loud noise similar to a gunshot.
The male’s identity has not been released at this time. No further details have been released.
