Officers responded fo a disturbance call around 9:07pm in the Walmart shopping center at 30 and Cockrell Hill Rd.
Upon arrival officers found a man and woman in their 20’s suffering from gunshot wounds in the parking lot.
Both victims were transported to an area hospital where the man was pronounced dead and the woman in critical condition.
During the investigation officers learned the victims car was missing from the scene.
It is believed that two male suspects took the vehicle.
Police are reviewing surveillance video from the area with hopes of identifying the suspect(s).
