Family of One of The Survivors From Allen Outlets Shooting Retains Attorney

Family members of one of the survivors of the Allen Outlets Shooting have retained an attorney while their loved one remains in the hospital.

46-year-old Irvin Walker II, a Lewisville aspiring businessman and loving father, was shot multiple times while with a friend at the outlet mall on Saturday.

Irvin dropped his friend off at a storefront and went to park when his vehicle when 33-year-old Mauricio Garcia opened fire into the crowded mall. Irvin’s vehicle was shot through multiple, striking him in the chest and shoulder among other places.

Family members of the Louisiana native say he will not only be suffering from physical pain for the rest of his life, but will need intensive therapy to deal with the mental trauma.

Dallas-based attorney, Daryl Washington has been retained by the family to look into the shooting.
