Family says missing Rowlett man was not missing and tried to fake his own drowning,
Authorities, search crews and divers went searching for Joshua Parker Saturday after he had been missing since February 2.
Parker’s car was found at Paddle Point and his blue kayak missing.
After numerous days and hours of searching it was brought to the families attention that Parker orchestrated a plan to go into hiding and leave his children and wife.
The family says they are at a loss for words and appreciate everyone that helped search for Joshua Parker.
