A registered sex offender has been arrested after posting advertisements of himself working as a Santa for hire.
According to investigators an anonymous tip lead authorities to the craigslist where Robert Bruce Kendal Jr,48 was seen posting pictures of himself, in a Santa suit, with a child sitting on his lap offering his services.
Sheriff’s set up an undercover sting hiring Kendal to do a Santa job and when he arrived dressed in his Santa attire he was arrested and taken into custody. 
Kendal was convicted of a sexual assault case involving a child under the age of 12 back in 1993.
He is currently in custody being charged with being a sex offender who failed to report working as a Santa impersonator.
