A new autopsy report has found that Sara Lee, an ex-WWE wrestler, died by suicide back in October.
Lee consumed a great amount of alcohol and pills, the Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office noted. They also said that there were “letters of intent” left behind at the location prior to her death.
When Lee died, she had wounds and cuts on her head and body. However, it is believed that she sustained multiple injuries in a fall or falls while she may have been intoxicated.
In 2015, Lee was a part of “Tough Enough,” season six which led to a one-year contract with the WWE.
In 2017, she wed WWE wrestler Wesley Blake, and the couple had three children together.
Lee was 30 years old.
