Fort Worth Student Arrested After Bringing Gun On Campus; Mother Arrested For Making Terroristic Threat

A Fort Worth middle school student and his mother were arrested Tuesday after the boy brought a gun into the school.
According to reports, shortly after 2 p.m. the school resource officer for William Monning Middle School confiscated a handgun from a male student.
The student was arrested and transported to a juvenile detention center. The school contacted his mother, 34 year old Lisa Ball, who was also arrested after making a threat and coming to the school.
Ball was booked into the Fort Worth jail and charged with making a terroristic threat.
