Lancaster Man Arrested And Charged With Deadly Conduct

A Lancaster man was arrested Monday after spotting his stolen vehicle in a Dallas Dollar General parking lot.
Officers were called out to the 2600 block of Wintergreen Rd around 5:54pm Monday.
Upon arrival officers learned that the shooter Lajuan Wesley,27, car was stolen a couple days prior and that he had spotted his vehicle in the parking lot.
During that time an argument between the two broke out and Wesley fired shots into the vehicle.
Although no one was injured Wesley was arrested for deadly conduct.
Authorities are investigating the circumstances that led up to the shooting.
The investigation remains ongoing and more arrest may be made.
