Actor Isiah Stokes, who has appeared on Law and Order SVU and Power, was charged with second degree murder for the death of a Queens man.
Surveillance video caught Stokes exiting his vehicle and walking up to the drivers side of Jones jeep on February 7.
He was then seen firing 11 gunshots into the vehicle.
Jones died from his injuries.
Stokes was arraigned Friday on one count of murder and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.
If Stokes is convicted he could face up to 25 years in prison.
