A 23 year old man is now in custody after he brutally attacked a CVS employee Saturday.
The incident occurred on October 23 around 5:15pm at a CVS.
Officers responded to a disturbance call located in the 7200 block of Skillman St.
Upon arrival they found a 63 year old employee had been attacked.
The employee was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
During the investigation officers watched surveillance footage and determined the attack was unprovoked.
On Tuesday, October 26 officers arrested the suspect, Daveyon Miles,23.
He was booked into Dallas County jail and charged with aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.
He currently has no bond.
This investigation remains ongoing.
