A Maryland man was arrested after he allegedly shot and killed a man after they engaged in sex with a woman earlier that day.
According to reports, 23 year old Timothy Brice and the victim Azayn Antrobus, both had sex with a woman on December 7. The two men then got into an argument and Brice allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Antrobus.
He then grabbed the female and fled the scene.
The woman dialed 911 while in the vehicle with Brice and the 911 operator overheard the woman and Brice talking about a shooting.
The 911 operator believed the woman was being held against her will and in danger so she used cellphone tracking to locate the woman.
Authorities were able to locate the vehicle at the intersection of Mays Chaple Road and Budleigh Circle.
The woman told authorities that she had sex with both Brice and Antrobus earlier that day and that the two men had began arguing before Brice pulled out a gun.
Brice had a 9mm Glock on him and was arrested and charged with murder and using a firearm to commit a felony.
