An investigation is underway after a man was found fatally shot in a parking lot Sunday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call around 2:30 p.m. on the 1200 block of Moulin Rouge. When they arrived they found a male victim in his late teens early 20’s suffering from a gunshot wound to the back.
He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
During the investigation officers learned from witnesses that an unidentified Latin male, wearing all black, was seen running from the parking lot after they heard multiple gunshots.
The victim had no identification on him so his identity will be determined by the Medical Examiner.
This investigation is ongoing.
