Man Runs Over Woman While Shooting At Another Person; Suspect Still At Large

Dallas police are looking for a man that ran over and killed a woman while chasing and shooting at another man early Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to a call regarding a woman being stuck by a vehicle on the 800 block of S. Denley Drive. When they arrived they found a woman laying in the roadway suffering.

The woman was transported to an area hospital in critical condition where she later succumbed to her injuries.

According to reports the unknown suspect in a car was chasing a person running on foot. While chasing the person he was also firing random shots.

During that time the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck the woman.

The driver did not stop to render aid and fled the scene before officers could arrive. The suspect still remains at large.
