A man was found shot and killed in the parking lot of his apartments early Thursday morning.
The victim Clifford Wayne Wicker,29 was found shot and killed early Thursday morning after someone attempted to steal his work truck on the 2800 block of Dairy Rd in an apartment complex parking lot.
When police arrived they found the victim with an apparent gunshot wound deceased in the parking lot.
Police are asking the public if they have any information regarding this crime to contact Garland police.
