Manhunt Underway After Inmate Goes Missing From A Federal Prison In Seagoville

A manhunt is underway after a prisoner went missing
from a satellite camp in Seagoville Monday.

The Federal Bureau of Prisons said 31 year old Salvador Gallegos went missing from the satellite camp which is next door to the Federal Correctional Institute in Seagoville.

Gallegos was serving a 13 year sentence for possession with the intent to distribute a controlled substance.

Gallegos is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 5’7 and weighs about 170 pounds.

Anyone with information regarding Gallegos whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the US Marshals at 214-767-0836.
