Recently, Mike Tyson confessed to punching fans in the face if they requested his autograph. This occurred at the highest point of his boxing career.

“My life was just miserable. I was out of control. I was fighting with everybody. If someone asked me for an autograph, I’d punch them in the face. I was just a mess,” he said.

It is also noted that Tyson had troubles in his past. These include charges of battery, misdemeanor assault, and assault with a deadly weapon. After being found guilty of one count of rape and two counts of deviate conduct in 1992, he served three years in prison.

He now attributes his calmness to marijuana smoking. “…I should have smoked my whole career…it put me in this different state of mind. ..I’m very relaxed.” He also said he took psychedelics prior to his battle with Roy Jones Jr. in November.

The 55 year-old plans to get in the ring again in February.
