40-year-old Heather Pressdee, a nurse from Pennsylvania, was arrested on Wednesday after she is said to have killed two patients and critically hurt another child.
Pressdee is facing several charges, including homicide, attempted murder, and aggravated assault.
Officials say that she is responsible for the deaths of a 55-year-old man and an 83-year-old man that occurred last December. They added that she killed the men by overdosing them with insulin.
Another victim, a 73-year-old man, was placed in a medical facility last August because of an insulin overdose.
Two of the patients had not been diagnosed with diabetes. To add, all three patients had been taking care of by Pressdee at a nursing establishment in Chicora, Pennsylvania.
Pressdee remains in custody without bond.
