Darius Bradford, 45, secretly recorded up to 23 different females, including the 15-year-old daughter of his ex-girlfriend, was sentenced to life in prison.

He was given the sentence following three convictions of burglary of a habitation with intent to commit invasive visual recording.

The investigation into Bradford began in August 2022, when the Plano police were called by a woman who reported discovering a maintenance worker leaving his cell phone in her bathroom to secretly record her.

Police said Bradford’s phone began to remotely be erased when they got to the residence, but they were able to find video footage that revealed him setting up his phone to record her in her bathroom three other times.

Authorities found evidence of 47  videos on Bradford’s phone of him covertly recording other women.

The videos were from local stores and apartment complexes, and police said.

Authorities said Bradford was arrested back in 2008 and 2010 in Dallas County for invasive visual recording at a Ross department store.

He received probation on the original charge but was then sentenced to 30 days in jail because he did not go to sex offender treatment.

Bradford was not prosecuted for the 2010 crime.
