Singer Rihanna has declined her invitation to perform at the Super Bowl 2019 halftime show. 
The Super Bowl will be held in Atlanta Georgia this year but the singer says she won’t be performing because she disagrees with the NFL’s policy on kneeling during the National Anthem. She says she is also standing behind and supporting Colin Kaepernick. 
It was said that organizers for the game really wanted Rhianna to perform but she declined and it is rumored that Maroon 5 and Cardi B are supposed to be performing at the 2019 Super Bowl instead.
