School Resource Officer In Frisco Terminated And Arrested For Inappropriate Relationship With Student
34-year-old Kendal Agustus, an ex- Frisco, Texas, police officer, has been apprehended. This comes after he has been accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student.
Claims against Agustus go back to 2017-2018 and involve him and a 14-year-old student in Frisco ISD.
The former officer was quickly put on administrative leave, and an investigation was started when the department learned of the allegations on June 8.
On June 14, Agustus was terminated and apprehended. He is facing charges of sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child, and sexual performance of a child. He now has a $55,000 bond.
Since July 2015, Agustus has been a part of the Frisco Police Department. Just recently, he began working as a School Resource Officer.
