A man is dead after a shooting at Rochester Park Saturday night.
Officers responded to a shooting on the 3000 block of Rochester St and when they arrived they found a man unconscious in the front seat of a Dodge Challenger.
According to the owner of the vehicle he was at the park when he saw the suspect get into his car.
The owner confronted the suspect who then pulled out a gun.
The owner then pulled out his firearm and struck the suspect.
Emergency crews pronounced the man dead at the scene.
Detectives are investigating the scene and no criminal charges have been filed at this time.
