A man was arrested Wednesday in Lee County for the murder of a Dallas man.
The incident happened on June 19 when officers were called to the Tepatitilan Restaurant for a disturbance call.
Upon arrival officers learned that two Hispanic females had gotten into a physical fight and a male wearing a black shirt had struck one of the women.
The victim, Jorge Armando Saenz tried to intervene and break it up.
At that time a male wearing a red Texas Rangers jersey shot Saenz once before fleeing the scene.
Saenz ran a short distance before collapsing on the 500 block of Hollywood.
When emergency crews arrived he was pronounced dead at the scene.
During the investigation officers learned that Juan Antonio Bravo,28 was responsible for the shooting.
On July 21, Lew County Sheriff’s arrested Bravo for murder.
He is currently awaiting extradition back to Dallas.
