Suspects Arrested And Charged In Connection With Assault On 7 Eleven Employees In Mesquite
Five people have been arrested and charged in connection with the assault of two 7 Eleven clerk’s in Mesquite, Tx.
The incident occurred on June 3 on the 2600 block of Faithon P Lucas Blvd after a 7 Eleven clerk refused to sell cigars to an underage female.
The teen became upset and that’s when she told her friends and they attacked the clerks. A video released showed the suspects throwing items and physically attacking the clerks.
Authorities arrested Ahliyah Turner,19 from Garland, Kiara Beale,21 from Dallas and three minors.
Beale was charged with assault causing bodily injury and Turner was charged with warrants from another agency. The three minors were charged with two counts of assault, criminal mischief, and theft.
They’re identity has not been released due to their ages.
